โ No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
- I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- To request a replacement, contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
๐ฐ Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is out of stock
- The wrong item was sent and a replacement is unavailable
- The item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
๐ฆ Lost or Stolen Packages
- I do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
